The 2015–16 Annual Report stands at an important threshold. Dr. Reddy’s Foundation completes twenty years while re-examining how it should work in the decades ahead. Alongside a visual account of the Foundation’s heritage, the report documents a year of deliberate redesign. LABS is revisited through the perspectives of young people, employers, partners and specialists, laying the ground for GROW, a skilling model built around individual aspirations and market demand. Rural livelihood experience is similarly recast into MITRA, with community-based extension and lead farmers at its core. The report also reveals early thinking on affordable child nutrition and a sector-level leadership initiative that would become ARITRA. These are not presented as finished answers, but as ideas moving through research, consultation and prototyping.
