Dr. Reddy’s Foundation is committed to inclusion and our program for Persons with Disabilities caters to training young people with 11 different disabilities. Our latest addition to this list is our training for young people with Intellectual Disability and Autism. We are currently working in 16 states at 39 locations and are supported by multiple partners. We provide a 60-day full-time program that on Core Employability Skills to prepare persons with disabilities for entry-level jobs in different sectors. All the centers are supported by Sign language interpreters and disability-friendly infrastructure. Apart from this regular training program, we also conduct:

• Advanced training program for graduates with disability with placement assistance.
• Skill development and employment generation for people with disabilities from remote areas through Hub and Spoke model.
• Focused sector-specific training especially in BPO and BFSI to facilitate placements.
• Employee sensitization workshops to improve workplace inclusion of persons with disabilities.

By 2025, we aim to:

• Work with 15 disabilities out of 21 types as defined by RPWD ACT 2016.
• Include a minimum of 30% women beneficiaries
• Work with over 2000 employers for creating inclusive employment opportunities
• Start Self-employment initiative for Persons with Disabilities
