This policy applies to all information received by Dr Reddy’s Foundation on both online and offline, as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications.

To the extent any donations are processed through a third-party service provider, our donors’ information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation.

Donation Refund Policy

We appreciate your donation and support. Donations are normally nonrefundable and all refunds are done at our discretion.

We can consider a refund if

  1. You have not authorized the donation and it was a wrong transaction
  2. You have made an error in the amount while making your donation

If you would like your donation to be refunded, please contact the following address

Your refund request must contain the details such as Date of Donation, Amount of Donation, Mode of Donation i.e. Credit Card or Online Payment and should reach within 7 (Seven) days from the date on which you made the donation.

The refund process may take time 7 to 30 working days depending on the availability of the information from third parties such as Payment Gateway, Banks, etc. through which transaction is done. Refunds will be made using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

Any cancellation charges levied by the bank/payment gateway will be debited from your payment before returning the amount.

Donors who request refunds will not be eligible for tax deductions on their refunded donations.
