Since its inception, MITRA was involved in identifying various problems faced by the farmers in various States of our country and providing relevant extension solutions to them

In Daina village of Uttar Pradesh, MITRA appointed Kanhaiya Yadav as the Lead Farmer. Fellow Farmers in his village believe that he is the most knowledgeable person in the village in terms of agriculture and possesses interest in taking new knowledge and cultivating crops through new and improved techniques.

IAfter selection, Kanhaiya was sent for capsule based trainings to different KVKs(Chandauli, BHU) on different crop POPs.
